Nice clean cars, polite drivers, overall a good experience

This is the best cab company in Prescott Valley AZ

My husband called for a ride and was told that it would be ten minutes. An hour later, he called me asking me to cancel this reservation and call another taxi company because he was still waiting. He was actually upset because he was trying to surprise me.



When I called Kokopelli to cancel, I told them that I was cancelling for my husband who had been waiting for an hour. And, before I could tell him where the pick up was supposed to be [so he would know which ride was being cancelled], he just said "ok thanks" and hung up on me midsentence.



NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.
