The WORST company EVER! Terrible customer service! We were talked into buying a car wash pass for the month. We were moving out of the area in a little over a month, so we signed up with the thought that this was a one month pass only. We were so mislead. Not only did they continue charging the card even after we moved, they charged twice as much as what we originally had signed up for. When I contacted them to find out what was going on, and that we did not even live in the area anymore, the manager (after arguing with me for 30 minutes, and was very rude) finally told us he would issue a refund. He got our address and said he would send a check. Ha! We should have known better. We NEVER received a check from them. My husband and I have tried to call and have left several messages. No one ever returns our calls. I think the manager is the worst one of all. I think he promised a refund just to shut me up and continue ripping people off. I am very upset and disappointed in this company. I will continue encouraging others to go to any other car wash than this one, based on their terrible customer service!
