I feel terrible for the wife of the awful man that runs that place with a steel fist. He is a horrible person; at least he is when he's working there, I went to Cao's two times - and had the wife (very sweet lady), but the third time, I had to work with him, and it was terrible. Not only was the work he did very shotty, he was abusive (physically) with my hands and arms. Yanking and pulling, squeezing my fingers way to tightly and harming my cuticles with the tools. He didn't care. I was near tears when I left. I don't understand why they would have loyal customers. I'll never go again. Never ever.

I went with a friend to have a set of nails put on and was treated very cold and unwanted. The man who was doing my nails was very rude and rough. He cut my finger while filing making it bleed. Then, it almost happened again on the other hand.

When my friend asked if she could get her nails done she was told no, that she would have to make an appt. next week. They have a sign on the door that says walk-in's welcome. They were not busy at all, there was one other customer there besides me, and there were 3 workers. one was doing nothing. After my nails were done I asked if I could use the nail drying machine and was told no.

I have had my nails done for 25 years and never encountered such rudiness! I will never go there again and will not recommend it to anyone!!!!

I am from out of town and needed a fill. They did the best job, actually better than where I normally go in my home town.
