I took a couple of things to be altered that were not standard requests. Evelyn did not write anything down and said it would be over a week until I could pick up the items which was fine, but I was concerned she didn't get what I was asking, and I got exactly what I wanted, and she did a great job. She is not cheap, but it was worth every penny to me. Highly recommend her.

I took my pants in to be hemmed she measures them and I pick them up a week later, she charges me $30 for three pair. Over the course of the next week I wear them and notice that the hems are to high and not falling on my shoe's. So, I take them back and she adjusts the hems and now she wants to charge me ANOTHER $30 so I leave without my pants...

UPDATE: after a week her daughter called me to inform me that Evelyn wants me to come and pick up my pants, no charge. I go and get my pants she says thank you and were good to go. My pants fit great and all is well
