Dear Sir or Madam:

When Mr. Bass and I entered into an agreement, to begin a Web hosting business, in Prescott, my involvement initially was to fund the purchase the equipment. The set-up and operation of the hosting business would be under the control of Mr. Bass.

Mr. Bass advised me, that the cost would be $5,000.00, for this; total, to provide the services we were to offer. With the advance of the $5,000.00, Mr. Bass was to procure the equipment as soon as possible, to have the site operational, as quickly as possible.

Mr. Bass advised me, soon after the delivery of the equipment, that he was not going to honor the agreement and was not interested in pursuing this endeavor. No reason was given, and no offer to refund the money that I had invested.

I do not feel that Mr. Bass is honest or reputable in his business practices; I would use extreme caution in conducting business with Mr. Bass, or his company.
