I recently locked my baby in my car, and when I called the Fire Dept. they informed me they worked with Norm's so they called Norm's and they arrived within moments, unlocked my car in seconds and did'nt charge me a penny. Will always recomend! God Bless You Norm's.

They replaced to the new lock and it was broken 2 days later. She hung up on me after she yelled when I asked the refund. No refund and no warranties.I had to pay another guy to fix the lock.
