The staff is always polite and helpful. Selection varies a bit from Costco, but prices are comparable. I do business and personal shopping here and love it. Product selection is excellent. I do most of my shopping here instead of Costco. Costco gives me a headache trying to get through the crowds of people standing around nibbling samples. I like to shop and get gone. I highly recommend Sams club.

Sams Club can't match to costco's prices, produce, are even the staff. Sams Club may never be packed which is a bad sign, spend the extra 10 bucks and get a Costco membership. Will save you money over the long run. I have no intention of ever using Sams Club again, give me the big crowds and crap parking any day over Sams Club.

Do you like to trip over customers at Costco? Sam's Club isn't packed, but the employees are helpful, store is well stocked and great prices. Sounds like another review was written by a Costco employee. I'm just a shopper who lives in Prescott Valley, but I am thrilled we have Sam's Club here. Food in deli is excellent, and optical and hearing staff are friendly too. I've dropped my Costco membership.
