this guy ripped off so many people he ended up in Jail! If he ever comes back avoid!

This guy Jerry Martin and his Quad City Computers is a thief and a fraud. Take you money and run is his business plan. Promises and promises with no delivery. Sell you parts that you don't need. Say what you need to say to get the client's money and then don't do anythng. Then, when you seek out some real professional help elsewhere, Jerry likes to tell you all of your warranties and promises are void because you went elsewhere! Very convenient for him. Of course, he gets to keep all your money in the process. I'm glad to hear that he was finally arrested for the fraud and thief that he is.

Buyer Beware!

Nothing but problems with Jerry. Over-promises, under-delivers. Quotes low prices and then charges beyond belief. Unreliable. Be careful! Also, it seems curious that, except for my review, all 7 of the "other" reviewers gave a 5-star rating....not even one 4-star rating..... and that 5 of them were written on the same day by "other" reviewers (2 on August 23rd and 3 on December 4th). The odds of various reviewers happening to write reviews back to back to back within minutes of each other are long odds indeed! Hmm.

First he donates a certifucate for $100,00 for a raffle to help children. This raffel was won by my nephew. (over 6 months ago) My nephew picked out something and was told it would be ordered. After a long while and not hearing from Jerry, He called. Jerry said it was out of the United States and it would take a while. Several more weeks went by, Jerry never called, So my nephew called again, and was treated rudely and Jerry was hostile and made it clear he would not homor the raffle! Now my nephew has put boy cott this company on face book, and was just called By Jerry and threatened with violence. And with a law suit. Wow her you buy a raffle ticket, get a call you one a 100.00 certificate, get excited and then get verbally abused and threatened. Sorry this happened to such a wonderful young man. Shame on you Jerry! Not the example I would want for the younger generation. This is a small community and I will see that every one I know understands how you treated my family!

This company has givin my nephew the run around. They are not professional, and Jerry has even made threats to a young man, who just wanted what was owed to him. Jerry at Quad City has wasted my nephews time as well as money and does not honor his word. So warning... Do business at your own risk!

They have fixed several computers for my company, and did twice the work of others here in the area. Want a fair price and excellent quality? Call Jerry and he will help you better than any computer service in town!

All i have to say is call Jerry and he will fix your computer fast and for half the price of best buy and compu time.
