This is a business and I realize they need to make money, But the first time I went to this auto shop I had my oil changed and the total came to $30.25. And that was after the price of oil had skyrocketted. I was satisfied with that price. 6 weeks later I went back to get my oil changed and the total came to 50 dollars! I looked at him and said "the last time I was here it was 30 bucks. "Why such the price hike?" He didn't say much, just did some recalculation or something and said the best he could do is 39. So I paid it. But for being a new business in town I would think that they wouldn't screw there customers around so much.

The first time I had my oil changed they said that I needed a coolant flush. So I made an appointment for that to be done in between my first 2 oil changes. Well when I went back for my second oil change they recommended that I get a coolant flush. I looked at them and said you got to be kidding me I just had you do that 5 weeks ago! So they rechecked it and of course they said it was fine. Who knows if it really is now. This service has me suspicious so I guess I have to pay somebody else for a second opinion. 85 dollars an hour is their rate. And they stick to it to the minute. I did some research the average hourly rate for mechanics is 67 bucks an hour and thats after a 22 percent increase since 2004 because of the economy. I won't be giving my service to these people again.
