Very poor service. They charged me 50% more for shipping than quoted. They charged my card then did not ship my item. I called 10 days later and had to remind them to send the item that I had paid for 10 days prior. I then had to call 5 different times to request an invoice before being sent one which was incomplete. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered an item on line, then a few days later I receive an email informing me that additional monies are owed because in part of additional "Handling Charges" that were not previously disclosed. So I emailed back to cancel the order, and was told the order already shipped. I was informed in a curt manner, that if I paid to mail back the item, I would be refunded the cost of the item. When I complained, I was told they must be doing something right, cause people still reorder. An hour or two later, I noticed they updated their web site to explain additional charges. So, I am not happy.
