Rip Off Company.

We have been with this Propane Company for many years now, we are very unhappy with their customer service, billing, and especially the threats they make. Their constant rebilling, or double billing, of invoices, that have already been paid.

They claim to put propane in your tank, which then they bill you for, they can show no proof, of their alleged refilling of a tank, or provide verbal or written consent stating the more propane is needed.

They then turn around, and bill for propane they never deliver, and don’t get conformation signatures or authorization upon said supposed delivery. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone; they are fraudulent, abusive and threatening. They constantly give you the runaround, and never have the same responses, or excuses for their billing, or supposed delivers, leaving no proof, or paperwork that they had even been anywhere near, the propane tank. And no change in the Propane tanks fill meter.

Avoid this company; they are not reputable, in our opinion.
