Great food everything was hot and done lot of toppings and the mozzarella cheese sticks was great melted in the inside

called the pizza in... picked it up about 15 minutes later. got home the pizza was not done, had little to no toppings that i asked for, which was cheese, sausage and pepperoni. the pizza was like soup. it was not edible and impossible to pick up a slice to eat it. if eaten, it would have required a bowl and a fork/spoon. i tried a corner piece of crust, now im feeling sick at my stomach. never ever ...EVER... again will i eat anything from this place. i called to speak with management they were not available. i was informed by some employees no refunds were gonna be given and all the could do is replace it. umm.. sorry, i dont want to replace crap with more crap. i want a refund. thats all i asked. and i was refused even that. now i got a pizza in my trash and they got my money. how is that fair? where is the customer service from these crooks?
