Like I said, Bill is a decent guy who does good work at an honest price. I've taken a few things there over the years and have never had a bad experience. I once had a radiator recored by Bill (quite a few years ago), and carelessly managed to poke a tube when I was installing it. I took it back to get it soldered, and Bill fixed it for me for free while I waited which I thought was awfully good of him. He's not the cheapest place on Earth, but you get what you pay for there (or anywhere for that matter...). Plus, he has a friendly (if a bit greasy) shop cat. He's one of the last of a dying breed.
