When you go into a salon for a cut and perm you would think that when you leave your hair would be styled. I was asked if I wanted my hair dried. Stylist hardly spoke a word. Probably the worst cut I have ever had and now I am dealing with the mess. Four people walked out because only two people were working. Never again

My mother had her eyebrows done there today. Girl did a great job on her eyebrows! Though when my mother got to the bank right after, the teller noticed red hair coloring all over her chin and neck. Apparently the hair dresser, who had colored another clients hair red right before she did my mother's brows got it on her face. Never told her, just let her walk right out of the salon. When my mother called to talk to the manager she said, "what do you want me to do?" Never apologized or anything. The situation was handled poorly. We'll never got to the Princeton location. Again.
