I went to rejuvenate to get a perm $80 and haircut $23 plus $15 tip.After a couple days I noticed that the hair underneath and the bottom 6 inches of the rest of my hair was still straight.When I called the salon to tell them about the perm and that I still had several areas with split ends,I was told that I could come back and they would try to reperm the bottom of my hair and cut it again or get $40 back because the top of my head did perm and she would not refund my hair cut fee or my tip.She was very upset with me so I asked if I came back if she could guarantee that she wouldn't ruin my hair anymore she said NO.I asked again if I could get my money back or if she could fix it and give me a discount for the inconvenience and she said no.In the end all I got was $80 and had to go to another salon and pay $135 for someone else fix it!I would STRONGLY recommend NOT going to Rejuvenate for a haircut or perm.It was the owner Gwen that did it and she has very poor customer service skills
