Our experience with this company has been good. Much like Beverly E., I've used them for six years without problems. They always take all the trash I set out. And while I try to be careful, sometimes I have a heavy bag. They've never left it. And their pricing seems to be pretty good. I don't particularly like the barrels they give you but it sure beats having the neighborhood dogs in your trash. It was never a big deal. I'd recommend these people. Never gave me a problem once.

Update. No good deed goes unpunished. Today was trash day and you can see what was left behind in the photo. All they took was the two bags in the barrels. Yes, this is the first time this has happened. Once is too often. They get paid to take the trash, not leave it. I'll take this to the dump myself. Buyer beware. Downgrade from five to two stars.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've only had excellent service for years, and all phone conversations with the company gave been very pleasant and helpful. They do however (and understandably so) expect a call a few days in advance if you have large items or extra trash because the trucks can only handle a certain load each day.

The guy wasn't picking up all my bags. I called and they tell me there is a ten bag limit. Ok, that makes sense. So now I'm counting and even when there is ten bags the guy still doesn't get them all. Good price, garbage service. Pun intended!

The WORST trash removal company EVER! Their prices are so cheap because they give HALF ASS service... Three times in 3 1/2 months they have left bags to rot in our trash can.... SO GROSS!!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!!
