I purchased a recertified washer, 30 day warranty, quit spinning out water after 2 weeks. Went back and returned it. I paid 2335 for the first--paid an additional 85 for an upsccaled second one. It sounds like a Mac truck while running as soon as I got home. I don't know about their repairs for your own appliance, but their recertified appliances in my case have been a nightmare. Returning again tomorrow, will advise how this trip goes.
