Very bad customer service. They promised me alot before I bought and i was a different story after they made a sale. I bought 2 from them and it was the same thing both times. I will never go back!

Recently bought a used grand Cherokee. From sales to service ramey auto has went above and to help me . Would definitely recommended!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was travelling through this area on Sunday and my truck broke down (I work on vehicles a lot and knew it was likely my alterator). I had it towed to this Toyota Dealer because I've always had excellent experiences with them (I have a 4Runner). Getting my truck fixed actually took three days! First, and despite the fact that they knew I was a stranded traveller, and that I owned a small business so being away was incredibly difficult for me, they never checked the truck until 1:30pm, which was too late to get a new alternatory delivered that day. They then proceed to not complete the truck until two days later stating that since the part didn't get in until 3:30pm and they close at 5pm, they couldn't do it, it was a two hour job. Even if it did take 2 hours they refused to even consider having someone stay an extra half hour to help me out. I begged them and they couldn't have cared less. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and he refused to talk to me - how professional. I've been in business over 30 years and gladly can say that there's not many places out there like this. So if you're in this area please be cautious if you choose to go to Ramey Toyota. They'll do the work, but don' expect them to go the extra mile, or inch, for you.
