Driver went to my neighbor's house for a signature delivery While I was outside waiting on her. She drove right past me. I took the day off the wait for this delivery.

They're is always seems to be a issue with my deliveries. I sale Avon and it is hit or miss whether I got my shipment on time. I even changed to a neighbors address hoping that it would, still a problem. Even I one go to my in laws home in a another town, their address wasn't even on the.box. UPS is.awful

Everything that has ever gone through this UPS carrier, has always been efficient and fast. I normally do not write reviews, but I have found if you need to count on a package getting to you, then UPS is the best way to go. I have had horrible experiences through the regular postal service, receiving packages ten days later then expected, or getting lost. I have found if you need to entrust that a package gets somewhere in a certain amount of time, or needs to be carefully handled that UPS is the mail service to trust. Plus it seems they are careful to hire, good, friendly and helpful employees. I have lived a lot of places, and in anywhere that I have lived UPS has been a life saver. So I guess this is a rating for not only this customer center, but for all UPS centers. Thank you for all of your service. You are appreciated!
