Awesome and amazing job always listens and gets the grooming job done correctly listens everytime love taking my dog there

I am so disappointed in the $120 we just spent, PLUS the $56 dollars to the veterinarian to sedate our dog. This woman didn't listen to a word I said. I asked to have our Border Collie and Australian Shepherd's bellies and feathers shaved off. That's it. Imagine my horror when my husband pulled in and let two completely body clipped dogs out of the car. She even clipped our Border Collie's tail down to nothing! My mom was a professional groomer for over 20 years, and I was a licensed vet tech in mixed animal practices for over 20 years. I would NEVER have sent a dog home looking the way our dogs look today! Don't waste your money here. Find another groomer who will listen to your requests and treat you professionally. She was rude to me, and then rude to my husband. That is not acceptable to me, whatsoever. I'm done with this groomer and the veterinary practice she works under.
