The on site manager is pretty much useless as is the property management company Glennie Property Management. It snowed this past winter and she cleaned her walkway only. She did put out a shovel for the tenants to do your own walkways. Handicapped tenants be damned. Took (2)+ years to get a kitchen faucet replaced and (3) years to get the birds in the attic issue taken care of. Paint to touch up the previous tenants wall holes , so I didn't get dinged for them, and never got it. The paint on the balconies and windows have peeled off and they are cracking and need replacing. Again nothing done. A neighbor bought paint and painted them as they were so bad. Other tenants weeded and did landscaping on their own. Other issues were defective appliances and less then clean apartments. Bug infestations when they moved in and the place was bug bombed only. That didn't work, they were told that if they wanted and exterminator, they would have to pay for it and they got stuck with the bill.
