had an issue and it was resolved quickly by the staff. Have been customers for a long time and appreciate when our issues with a company are taken seriously. I changed the review to match the change in service and attitude.

Don't expect service when it's cold or snowing. Drivers are allowed to do whatever they want. They use this as an excuse on a regular basis. POOR customer service.

I find them to be consistent and reliable. I'm not sure what the context of the bad reviews is but recycling is free and they only pick up recycling every other week, so maybe the person complaining about that missed her pickup days, and as far as late payments, I have paid up to 30 days late and never been cut off. Especially if you call the office an tell them! They always seem willing to resolve any issues and I've even forgotten to put my can out and even though it's my fault they've come back (for a small fee) after I called to pick it up. Bottom line is: anny issue I've ever called about in my 10+ years of service with them, they've handled.

Prineville disposal is not a reliable service they don't pick your trash up half the time and that's OK . I waited for a month to have my recyclables picked up but don't be a day late on your payment they cut me off cause my bill was do on Thurs and they didn't get there payment until Friday the next day. Horrible service I'll be going to land fill myself. Unreliable! !!!

Prineville Disposal may not pickup your garbage at all if there is snow on the ground. They do not chain up their trucks so if the driver thinks he may have trouble getting to your garbage can, he will not come.They still bill you for full service.
