I went there and loved my updo!!!! i will tell all my friends!!!!!i will go here from now on!!!

I have never gone to a salon where they all are like family. The atomosphere is so nice. Customer service was great. Finally somewhere i can go and not pay a arm and a leg.

I just had the best experience at Cifell's Salon today.. All the staff were so kind and very professional. They have a beautiful place it felt warming to be there.

I have never expereince service like this at a salon before. It was horrible! The staff was rude and the stylists, incompetent. I would not recommend this place to anyone - especially for a special occasion (wedding, prom, etc)!! They will overcharge you for something that you could have done a better job on yourself.

Please, especially soon to be brides, do not go to this salon! My friend went there not to long ago for her wedding and it was a total nightmare! They took over two hours to do her hair because they didn't know what they were doing-made her cry-and she didn't even like the end result. They are terrible stylists!!!And they have the worst customer service. They will ONLY defend there salon and staff!Ps. A few of the stylist previously worked at Master Cuts and Super Cuts-enough said!
