Unprofessional, Extremely rude.

I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Randy Simpson in a recent sale. He is extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. When I tried to resolve an issue with him, he repeatedly hung up on the phone, to the point where I had to contact his supervisor to report this behavior. Also, he is very rude and condescending to other listing agents. Save yourself the trouble and do not use Randy Simpson of Edina Realty.
