you would think for the price you pay the least they could do is get the product in the bag. It doesn't really help when they say they are sorry when your have to make a extra trip to pick up the forgotten items and the food is getting cold and the family can't sit down together because it isn't all there. Fongs is over priced, and inconsistent quality, and the FREE fortune cookie when we went back to pick up the forgotten items was a slap in the face. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
