Provided by YP.comMichael Gross will appear as genuine and caring but he really wants money like any other sleazy agent. Be careful when making a deal with him because he will look you in the eye and shake your hand but when its time to make his promise he will not follow it. Don't do what i did and make him sign for what he agree's to or just stay away from him. In most cases you can present your self as an agent and get a percentage from the seller. Shame on your Mr. Gross
