We are here to facilitate the delivery of professional health care services needed in the patient's home setting in order to accomplish Independent functioning and good health. Prevent institutionalization. Facilitate early hospital discharge and to provide care and support to the terminally ILL patients and their families. Each member of OUR health care team will work with YOU to establish a plan of care in which ALL disciplines involved CAN participate. OUR agency has operational policies and procedures that will promote the objective in your plan of care. We are here to build a strong relationship between YOU and OUR health care team because YOU are number ONE with US. This place is embarrassingly bad. They have told me straight-up that they are short staffed, and the staff they do have are lazy and unprofessional. I can't count how many aides we have gone through. They usually stay a day or two then leave unannounced, then it takes a week for a replacement to show up. None of them show up on time or on the days they are supposed to. We are supposed to have someone here daily. We're lucky if we get someone 3-4 days a week. Then the ones that do show up just want to sit around for 2 hours. They don't do anything of their own accord. You have to force them to do anything, then they halfway do it so when they leave, you have to clean up after them. There is one older woman who is wonderful but she is the only exception. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY.
