During a very difficult time Joe and his staff guided us through the entire process with empathy, professionalism and honesty. Additionally, one of our sisters has special needs, so Joe tailored part of the service to accommodate her . Long after the funeral he continued to help us . We feel truly blessed to have found him . We give Prospect Memorial our highest recommendation.
