My chow has been at Playful Paws since she was 3 months old and she is now 3 and has not missed a week of fun at their clean and user friendly facility. The staff is superb. I travel frequently and love the no cage, pawjama party atmosphere. Tracey does an amazing job at hiring the very best people who clearly love their work and the dogs. I never worry when I am away from home because I know my dog is receiving the very best care.

OMG, I don't know what I would do without Playful Paws. The staff is soooo amazing. They are friendly, love the dogs and are always cleaning. The facility is great since it has an outdoor area as well as indoors. But honestly, my dog comes home exhausted, healthy and happy. I can't live without this place, I'd go nuts! I've been to other daycares and they really don't compare. Playfu Paws is worth the money for sure.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! if you care about grooming. I was visiting Chicago and decided to get my poodle groomed. I made mention of a few things that the groomer should take care of, but at the same time, I fully expected that he understood how to groom a poodle. Why would I think that the groomer needs to be told about al the little details of groming a poodle???!!! When I picked him up, the dog was not shaved on one side of his face and asked the groomer to take care of it. I went home and realized that the dog's ears were cut wrong, the under belly wasn't even groomed, the dog's top know was poorly shaped, the groomer did nothing about the hair in my dog's ears, there was still hair in the underside of his paws...I had to trim the hair around his nails. The grooming was clearly not professional. Before I left initially, I asked how long it would take--they said 1.5 hours. I was surprised. I am not now because the groomer does a crappy job.

I brought my dogs to playful paws for the first time, all I can say is that they were very friendly and the daycare was outstandingly clean place for my dogs.

Playful Paws has been a great place to take my dog. She loves playing with all the dogs and she gets so excited when I drop her off in the morning. When she gets home at night she is wiped out from a hard day of playing. The staff takes great care of all the dogs. They are very caring and treat each dog, as if they were their own dogs.

We have been bringing our dogs to Playful Paws for over 4 years. We absolutely love this facility. It is very clean, smells great, the staff are very competent and friendly, and we love the cage-free boarding. Best daycare around this area! We wouldn't go anywhere else.

My dogs go to Playful Paws and I absolutely love it. The dogs come home tired, happy and healthy. The staff are so sweet and know my dogs really well. I also board the dogs there when I travel for business and vacations and they are never caged. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our pup loves going to Playful Paws to play with the other dogs. The people there are very caring and obviously love the dogs. Pricing is reasonable, and the dog burns off a lot of energy and comes home very well behaved.
