One of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with in my professional career. We have had an ongoing battle with them since June 2014.

We had a wedding with table linens on June 14th and chair cover rentals on June 28th. This was my first time dealing with this company and ordered for both events at once. No issue with our table Linens, but our chair covers showed up early on June 19th.

Choice Party Linens has acknowledged that they printed the wrong date on the invoice, resulting in early delivery. When the merchandise in question was delivered early we asked for it to be sent back, knowing Choice Party Linen’s policy. The company told the driver to leave the rental, that this was not an issue. A few days prior to the event, the same driver returned to pick up the unused merchandise. At this point we were only days from the event and refused, as we had already asked for the merchandise to be return at first delivery. We had already tried to rectify THEIR mistake. Our client had already pre-paid for the merchandise and if returned we would not have it for our event. We had already also pre-paid the company for the rental. I spoke with a rep TOM ERVINE (who I found out no longer works for the company) said it was our fault (not sure how?) and that he would be charging us for "extended" use. I have been on the phone back and forth and spoke with Catherine Shepherd who assured me she would be taking care of the issue and would get back to me. Apparently taking care of the issue is sending us in collections because the only contact back I received was a collections notice.



We are a larger wedding venue, but outside of my job here I also own a catering company and fear for brides who are looking to do their own weddings. I will make sure no client uses this company. I have recently begun working with "Let's So Linens" and they are WONDERFUL. So accommodating and nice. Please beware! I am still fighting them bill 6 months later.

This company promises things they can not do. We ordered linens on the promise that they would be delivered by 10:00 am for a funeral service that started at 11:30. They never showed when we called we were told( BY THE OWNER KEN KELK) that we did not spend enough money with them to demand such High service. Not sure why that mattered since they promised delivery. If you can't do what you say then just simply say We can't do that. We would have found someone else. Once we commited to them we assumed they would honor their contract . BE CAREFUL

I had an event and needed linen, but I didn't really have any ideas on what I wanted to do. I also had a tight budjet. The friendly people there were able to help me out every step of the way. They helped me choose colors that worked w/in my theme and budjet. Every thing turned out beautiful and everyone raved about the event. They do small and large events so I will be using them again!
