RUN! This place is an absolute disgrace. Maintenance is poor at best and there is only one man doing the work. He has no idea what he's doing.



I have a neighbor who has a leak in her apartment that has been there for 3 years. Yesterday, parts of the ceiling fell in and the leak is still an issue. Maintenance did not show up today. We are constantly being told he is busy fixing up vacated apartments and when repairing something in our apartments, he has actually bragged about the new fixtures he is installing in these apartments. Ours, the current tenants have rusted cabinets, warn out carpet, cracked walls, including on the exterior of the building and in the foundation in the basement.



On top of everything else, the staff is rude and mostly will only respond to men.

This apartment complex is SO poorly maintained. The main problems are mice, rats, roaches, freight train noise (if you want an apartment closer to the R2, go elsewhere), crime (nothing too serious, but be prepared to see the police rather often), and very rude staff.
