I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Frisco Moving System lost 25% or more of our stuff & destroyed most of what they actually delivered. The owner, JB, is absolutely horrible... extremely unprofessional, hateful, and rude... He avoided us for months after the move, then refused any wrong doing before flat out calling us liars. I wish I had read their online reviews 1st- especially the owners responses to complaints about their service... he makes excuses & blames the customers 100% of the time. Hiring them is maybe the biggest mistake I�ve ever made & worse because there wasn�t anything we could do about it, besides pray that they would do the right thing- which they didn�t. We finally complained to the BBB... turns out that Friso Moving Systems had been lying on their website for years about being BBB accredited. BBB forced them to take it down, but by then, too many of us had already fallen for their lies and been taken advantage of. A lot of their customers have actually filed complaints against them with BBB and even with the DMV. They should not be in business... we will probably never see any justice for what they put us through, but I can certainly help warn others about Frisco Moving Systems lying, shady business practices and lack of morals.
