My wife and I have lived here for about a year and have never had any problems. The running trail and the pond are very nice and attractive. This is a great community, the grounds are very well kept, and the noise is minimal. The maintenance team is great and fast. The construction of the apartments themselves is also very good. You can tell they are well insulated due to the low noise levels and the speed at which they cool off during the summer. And last but not least the office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Oh and Ashley is awesome.



I would definitely recommend this property.

The Estates of Prosper are HORRIBLE apartments. At first appearance they seem very liveable, however after residing there I would never recommend them. Every other week there were construction inspections and maintenance inspections where they accessed occupied apartments at their convenience. Many residents got flat tires from the gating systems. The trash receptacles were always over filled and very stinky. I wouldn't even recommend these apartments to an enemy!

The estates of prosper is the nicest place ive ever lived. The staff is great they take care of all your problems usually same day. The apartments are nice and furnished with fridge, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The counters are granite. There is alot of cabinet space. Out back of the apartments there is a lake and a dogpath. There is a free gym and a pool. This place if very pet friendly and overall the nicest place ive been since i moved to texas in January. If your looking for a place move here.
