In response to jevans2553, It is unfortunate that you feel you did not recieve good customer service. Please rest assured that your boat was worked on and was taken to the lake. You were not charged because the repair of your boat was not completed when you elected to pick it up. We took a loss on the parts and labor that went into your repair. As to you "loading your on boat", due to liability reasons, customers are in charge of making sure their boat is properly hitched to their vehicle. Again, it is unfortunate that you feel you received less than desirable customer service.
