11th State Consultations located in Providence provides assistance with medical marijuana certifications for Rhode Island residents. Our office provides assistance in navigating the often times confusing and overwhelming process of obtaining a medical marijuana card in the state of Rhode Island in compliance with all state laws and regulations. Our goal at 11th State is to make the process as easy and simple for our clients by assisting patients in obtaining their medical records, guiding them through and assisting them fill out the state application, and setting up an appointment with a physician to provide the certification. We then review the application with the client, answering any and all questions they may have before assisting them in submitting the forms to the state. 11th State Consultations services all Rhode Island residents. Our offices are conveniently located off of both the 21 and 22 bus routes inside the historic Calart Tower in Providence, RI on the 3rd floor, suite 3a.
