Guido’s Restaurant is one of the longest running restaurants in Providence, 35 years and running. Big Alice’s was a very famous ice cream parlor for over twenty years. It closed in 2000. Both have served the likes of Madonna, Archbishop Tutu, John Kennedy, Jr., Julia Roberts, and Mary Louise Parker. You won’t go wrong at Guido’s. Remember it is a BYOB.
