Today, I called for a cab as I usually do on Saturdays, normally I get a very nice gentleman named Jose who picks me up we have great conversation and he always recieves a 25-30% tip. But unfortunately today I spoke to a very rude and vulgar employee by the name of Marlani who told me that they do not do pick ups outside of Providence. As I knew she was lying because again, this is a routine for me, when I asked for a supervisor she said there was no one there, but she could see if someone could make it to the Johnston/Providence border and hung up on me. It's sad because I spend anywhere from $100-$300 a week on cab services simply because I cannot drive due to medical problems. I then called back and was called white trash and screamed at by a woman who probably has no more than a high school education. Nevertheless, I will never do business with this company again, and if their business fails I'm sure this employee is a big reason why.

Do not use this cab company. Drivers show up either early and leave, or show up late. I've been put at an inconvenience by this company's irresponsibility - don't call them if you actually want to get somewhere.

DON'T COUNT ON A RIDE FROM DOMINICAN. They may show up ten minutes early, wait 5 minutes, and then take off. My girlfriend called ahead last night, to order a cab for this morning at 5:30am, in order to get to the train station en route to a job interview in Boston. The cab arrived early, and she received a call letting her know the cab was outside. She informed the dispatcher she'd be out at 5:30 - the time she ordered the cab. I received her frantic phone call at 5:33am (no joke) telling me the cab was gone and she wasn't sure how she could get to her job interview. After finding a friend's car to borrow, I called Dominican Cab to tell them that we would have been happy to pay the money to have the cab driver sit for those 3 minutes, but that we would have at least expected a call if they decided to cancel a cab ordered 12 hours in advance on 3 minutes notice. In short: don't count on Dominican.
