This is May 2010, and you are so right. This is terrible company and I gave them the check up front. I finally put them on notice to let them know I will come after them for this crap. They as of this month have 22 complaints againsts them, how are they able to keep their license? Please people do your homework this company is terrible. You are right they will take your money and not respond.
