BEWARE! I thought I had the beater bar to my central vacuum repaired, however, with in 2 months it was broken again. Went back to see what the problem was and he offered no solution other than to replace the part again as well as other parts. When I questioned him on why I would replace the same part again if this one broke so soon he told me that this happens because Electrolux products are junk. I took my vacuum and left the store. I have since brought it to an authorized and reputable dealer who told me the replacement part was not made by Electrolux and to boot it was not attached correctly. Don't waste your time or money with this shoddy business.

Horrible customer service! They expect you as the customer to treat them special in order for them to give you good service and prices they quote you. I brought my vacuums in for a quote on a repair and was quoted one price but when I went to pick up the machines they had doubled the quote given and out right lied as to what they said. I was told to be nice and maybe they would cut me a break. I have spent a lot of money with them and this is how they treat someone supporting their business, Multiple times I have gone to the NK store to find a " Be Back in 5,10, 15 minute" sign. completely unprofessional. I've been snapped at by their workers. I actually stopped going for a while but went back to give them another try. Never again!

Fantastic service! I have been coming here for years and I can't say enough positive comments. The prices are excellent and our sewing machines glide after every tune up. I have had both electric and treadle sewing machines repaired as well as several vacuums, I refer all of my family and friends here. Love this place!!!
