Dropped off my grandfathers suit and later that day realized I left his $9000. Watch in the pocket. When I returned to the drycleaners later that day I was told it wasn't in the suit. That watch can never be replaced. This is no way to run a business. They have lost many customers due to this incident.

5 stars for the dry cleaning, but only one for the laundry. They've done a great job with my dry cleaning for years, so I was surprised at the sorry state of things when I went in to use the coin op. The area is dirty, one washing machine was covered in bits of hair, as if someone had just gotten a trim there. Another was broken and full of rusty water, and wide open. Two dryers were broken.
