I can not even explain the horror of my visit to this starbucks. I love starbucks, food and drink are great- but one particular staff member really ruined the whole experience for me. it was two young girls working closing and they screamed (obnoxiously) "5 MINUTES," and then progressively "4," "3," etc., I understand you might wanna get out of there but at least don't count down..i politely said, "we're leaving soon, please don't yell," and she told me "to go screw myself." I was APALLED. I then asked her for her name and she wouldn't tell me...I'm ashamed I never got the chance to talk to the manager the next day. Poor customer service.
