I echo the sentiments above. I rented with this company and never received a return of my security deposit despite numerous calls which were unreturned nor a notice of any deductions. If you do business with this company factor your security into the cost.

Had a great beach vacation. Our house was literally 40 feet from Narragansett beach. House had all the amenities even flat screen and a hot tub, Management was polite and courteous

This company is a not reputable. I was inquiring about renting the 3 bedroom town house...Jennifer said that there are so many people wanting to rent that week that I need to overnight the money ($30 more)....I got no contract, just confirmation that they cashed my check. Now I have a problem and want to talk to someone about changing the date or getting my money back and THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND...They were great until they had the $$$. Asked for name and number of principal and she would not tell me. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY....THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS!!! Call Lila Delman instead!
