Staff get complacent or unhappy here quite often. Since Jan. there has been third supervisor on the "team". If it wasn't so centrally located I would've left a long time ago!

sometimes the representitive can sound condescending but essentially you find the information you are looking for. they have state grants to work with people who do not have insurance but these grants are limited and when they have all been taken you must wait until there are openings. they do help people who have insurance. i would rather deal with gateway first but use this only as a last resort. they refer you to someone who sends you to someone etc the time span can be long before you actually get the services you want.
