Hotel Dolce Villa is very delightful I like it a lot. Came to Providence to visit a few old friends and enjoyed my stay. When I walked in the door the staff greeted me and followed up with great customer service during my whole stay. The room was clean which was a big plus and its located in the beautiful DePasquale Square. The staff also gave me tips on where to go on the hill for a nice dinner. Thank you guys!!

The hotel is ugly. There are rats in and outside the hotel. Furniture/beds are uncomfortable. Everything is fake. Management (Steve and clerk Brad) talk out of both sides of their mouths. I urge you to READ all of the negative reviews online and go somewhere else. My wife and I were charged for 4 nights which we were not there. We left half-way through our stay because it was horrible. They would not give us a receipt upon check-out, charged us for our full stay, and refused to refund us our money. I, and about 20 of my friends and family have told approximately 200 people about our experience. So far they have lost 6 bookings that I know of. Much more expensive than refunding us OUR money. Good luck guys! You're running a laughable operation.
