What a wonderful clinic! My dog cut his foot on vacation and their treatment of him was exceptional. The two vets we saw were both excellent and the techs were also so careful with my dog. The front desk did an expert job of managing lots of summer pet traffic while I was there. Impressive, Jody! Very organized and professional clinic.

This place is extremely unorganized, the staff (nurses & practitioners) are great. The front desk person (Jody) is completely clueless & frantic at the computer. He makes me & others feel uneasy as his responses & advice are always unsure sounding with no general knowledge of how to work the system.



Main things I and others I know have had happen: Multiple times myself have schedule appointments and when I show up (Jody) says "oh, you are not schedule today may I make you a appointment....oh we'll we don't have time but if it's a emergency or we can squeeze you in for a additional fee" At this point I have taken the time to fit this into my schedule during work, then to be turned away is even more aggravating.



I have shown up and he attempted to give my dog the wrong shot...

I have shown up and had him unable to find my past history on a dog.

I have had him schedule me for shots my dog had already.

I have shown up with a confirmation email I had on my phone and showed him, he could not find it in the system.

I have shown up and he said my dog didn't need his rabies shot because he had it last year, my dog was just over 5 months old...



These are things I have dealt with. Now people I know who have experienced issues, miss scheduling very common.

He gave someone Prescription food for there dog. They got home and realized that he gave them cat food.



He needs to find a new job, how is this acceptable & how has he maintained this position.The back staff is great, kind, very reassuring & professional. In no way am I placing bad reviews on the actual doctors here.
