I bought three items online. First, the items were not shipped for over a week. Their excuse was that their website was down, but I used Paypal and it sent an email for all payments sent and received. Then, the most expensive item (a hat, 50% of the order) was cancelled because the size was not in stock. That's fine, but I wasn't offered any option to select a different size (within reason, most people can select a size larger or smaller). To add insult to injury, the refund was for the item only and they basically charged me $20 to ship $40 worth of good in a USPS small flat rate box ($6.80) and pocketed the change. I also emailed them about that and never heard from them again. That's BAD customer service on top of stealing! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this business like the plaque!
