Provided by YP.comAs Lauren H. said, it is not a good place ti be, it's a nice place, but the owner awful.
I am talking from one summer working for her, my shifts were in the mornings so I missed Lauren, but I've seen a few times per day this behavior towards customers. Imagine working for her! 95% of her neighbours hate her, because of her attitude, no husband of course, who would stand her consistent bad mood. I get she is old and lonley, but her wrinkles are formed with an expression of being mad (so IDK what to say about her youth).
I can say that she is just when it commes to money, that's a good thing and a bad thing for the custommers. If she owes you a $1 she is going to save it for you (as you may come back for it), but if you get out forgetting to pay $2 expect the cops, because you robbed her.
It is a nice place to park and a relative cheap one, but if you are not a calm person avoid it!
It was not a good place to work at, because she underpays for her requirements and her attitude makes people leave almost no tip, after 8 hours of work, if you had $10 in tips it had been a really really incredible good day (4th of July).
She is nice to some people (that are like her, or she is attracted to them) and a little racist towards mexican people.
This is Elena Hall the owner and the neighbour, take it or leave it! You know what to expect.

Provided by YP.comThe lot is fine, the prices are reasonable but one staff member made our visit to P-Town awful as we departed! Here is the story:
I brought my younger sister to P-Town for the 1st time in her life, it was a hot day and I was in a Cast with Crutches. The lot is nice and close to the downtown area! The kind man said “be back by 6pm, or it'll be $2 extra/hour.” Fine, no probs. We walked the length of the down town, did our thing. With time in mind, we headed back but I was exhausted, having to stop every 40 ft or so with sores under my arms from the sweat and friction of the crutches.
We made it back to the lot at 5:58pm and were acknowledged by 2 staff members, We walked to the car parked at the very bottom of the lot, which is difficult on crutches, since it's made of shells and is at a decline. Ok fine. We made it to the car. A member of staff, a woman, maybe in her 40's or 50's asked if we were leaving, I replied "yes" & we settled in our car to prepare for the 2.5 hour drive home, drank some water, got our gps and sunglasses in check, crutches in the back seat, hobbled into my driver's seat. Car is now on, windows down, car is hot.
We backed out of our spot, now 6:02pm and were waived by the female staff member in a hurried fashion. Now, I'm not going to be pressing hard on the gas of my car... I can only imagine the shells going flying from the sides of my tires... and nobody was trying to get in the lot... so the extra 10 seconds to drive up the lot really wasn't a big deal.
I get to the woman to give her my ticket, which was placed, by them, on the windshield of my car. "Are you going to give me your ticket? Is this it?"- she asked rudely, as if I had done something wrong. And no I was not going to give her my ticket, she was standing outside my car and I was IN it. She was an arms length from it. But I still tried to stick my hand out of my window to get it and give it to her but she snatched it and I said "Yes, that's the ticket." I was certainly not feeling her rude and abrupt vibe.
She reviewed our ticket, it was now 6:03pm, "You owe $2 extra"- she said. Fed up with her demeanor from the get-go, I asked her if $2 is really necessary since we were only a few minutes "late" (even though they saw us there before 6pm). It was not the money that made me question her, it was her awful attitude, or else I would have let it slide. "Yes you were late and you owe $2" again, she very rudely said. She certainly had a lack of people skills and I was thrown aback, not knowing how to react. Never, do I treat my customers or patients with such disrespect. I would have worded it like this & kindly responded, "I'm sorry, it's policy, it'll be $2 extra". That would have been fine, here's your $2 have a nice day, done and over. But I responded to her, "Are you serious, $2 for being 3 minutes late, I had to walk with crutches"
Well now it was 6:05pm. "Well if you had been just a few minutes late, I wouldn't charge you extra"- she scolded like we were children. She probably though we were snobby high schoolers driving rich daddy's car. But no, I look young, I'm a nurse and bought my own car. "We were only A FEW minutes late" my sister responded. We gave her the $2 and she YELLED to her co-workers "Is being on crutches a reason to be late?!".
Well, we drove off so furious (& didn't speak for 30 minutes) and will NEVER go back again. One employee was certainly not trained properly and has complete lack of courtesy to customers!
