I went to The Bike Shack for a broken spoke, loose wheel hub, and trouble shifting when I met Liz, the owner.

She took care of it on the spot. Instead of just fixing the problems, she took the time to show and explain to me everything she was doing so I could fix the problems myself next time!

Best part is, the Bike Shack is actually open 8 a.m - 8 p.m. unlike some of the other PTown bike shops websites say they are.

Friendly staff, convenient location, and Liz mentioned she has over 400 bikes!

10/10 would recommend and return.

Just rented bikes for the week. As stated they had the lowest rates. We opted for the free delivery because we were renting for the week. The bikes are great, 21 & 24 speed bikes that shift well and handle the hills of the Province Lands Trails. You need 21 speed bikes, you can't ride on 7 speed bikes which is what their competition offers at a higher rate. The Bike Shack for Provincetown Bike Rentals is the way to go. Excellent service, great products, friendly staff.

beautiful day for a ride thru the dunes. a group of us girls just rented bikes from THE BIKE SHACK. Great bikes, wonderful service. The owners were great. they had us in and out in 15 mins. We biked 5 miles to both beaches. I got a road bike which handled perfectly. They gave us free lights, helmuts, maps & locks. I bought a pair of Smith sunglasses, 20% off season price. In town they sell for $30 more. And these came with 3 sets of lenses. You have to go to this place. Right across from the Stop & Shop.

a group of us rented bikes this past weekend from The Bike Shack which is right across the street from the Stop & Shop. we got lunch and snacks at the market. We parked our car at the private lot next store. couldn't be more convenient. the service and bikes at the Bike Shack were the best in the town. the bikes are new. they gave us free helmuts, locks, lights & a map. the bike trails are great and bring you right to the beach. what a fun day. you really need a bike to get around the town. got to thank the bike shack for a great day!! deserves more than 5 stars.

I went back to the bike shack today after going to all the other bike shops in town and I bought a bike from Steve. The bike shack offered the best price. I bought a GIANT Escape and loving it today. I paid $370 for the bike. They didn't charge for shipping or assembly. I researched he bike online and found they gave me a great deal. I highly recommend checking out the bike shacks bikes. I am using my old bike for my guests.
