Provided by YPmobileMy wife and I went there for lunch today. What a mistake!!! My Kung Pao plate was at least 60 percent celery and tasteless. There was so little meat you could have eaten it all in one forkful. The "fried rice" was day old rice with very little of anything in it and almost black from all the soy sauce the cook dumped on it - it was unedible. I'm surprised the place stays in business. They have absolutely NO pride in their food. Oh, and did I mention they're rude? They are very rude. When they asked me how the food was I commented on all the celery and was told to ask for less celery next time. Since when do you have to ask for less celery in a chinese dish? CELERY IS NOTHING BUT A CHEAP FILLER!! Don't waste your time or your money there. This is definitely the worst Chinese food in Utah.

so sorry for seeing this command today, one thing I want to correct your command is that we have been honest to do this business all the time. we use "Echo merchant company" for processing every credit card. Their program sets up 20% more than your food cost advance during the pending time in case the customer adding tips after the credit card has been swiped. The pending time is around one week. After the pending time, your credit card should be charged exactly amount as your receipt for the final. we keep every single credit card receipt with the customer signature, if any amount wrong, just contact the restaurant manager, we will correct it definitely. I don't think we messed up any amount for credit card so far, but please let us know if any thing is wrong.

This place is a great value - especially the lunch menu. Most dishes are under $6. A word of advice: avoid the bathrooms. You may also want to avoid looking at the cooks as they are greasy individuals. The interior is very bad but the food is oh so good. Their tiny spicy chicken is so delicious that me and my friends don't even call this place "China Town", we call it "Tiny Spicy". The cream cheese wontons (that come with the lunch special) dipped in sweet & sour sauce are a little piece of heaven. I've explored the menu a little bit but I keep going back to the tiny spicy. It's too delish to pass up.Enjoy.And don't say I didn't warn you about the bathrooms.

I've been to the Chinatown Restaurant several times. The food is great! The food is freshly prepared, seasoned well, and inexpensive. Service is also very prompt. This is a huge plus for the lunch crowd! Within a few minutes you will be served your drink and soup. Within a couple of minutes after that, you will receive your entree. However, unlike the new semi-fast food places, you are not rushed. One customer used to come in and read a book for the afternoon. others will come and study or carry on business meetings. There is also a very comfortable, quiet atmosphere that is conducive to visiting with your group, or if you are bringing a friend or a date. There is enough seating so there is plenty of room between you and the other groups of customers. I've recommended Chinatown to all of my friends. It is a unique - in contrast with the same-old same-old chains - hometown restaurant with genuine Chinese owners and Chinese cooks. I very much recommend everyone going there.

It is a great deal for a great price!!![In full disclosure, I used to work there. But, also in full disclosure I was laid off, and still love the people, food, prices, and atmosphere there so well, that I still continue to go there frequently and recommend it to my friends. I think that that says a lot about the restaurant - that rather than being bitter about losing my employment, that I love it so much that I continue to go there and to recommend it.]

Here's what I ordered:######Orange Beef: Overall the texture was great, but there was way too much sugar. They said I could ask for a less sweet version next time. I did not like the dish overall...######Chicken Fried Rice: This was very average, not great, not horrible either.######I noticed these guys added money to my credit card--after I had already given them a very good tip in cash (over 20%).######I'm never going back here again. They were dishonest with me; they are probably dishonest with most customers. I don't appreciate being stolen from.
