Sean was prompt and super knowledgeable. The lock on my front door is over 70 years old. I was afraid it was going to be an expensive repair. Sean dismounted the entire handle, took it to his repair van right on site and disassembled--and then rebuilt the entire mechanism. He mounted it back in the front door and it looks better than new. And the lock works beautifully! Plus, he gave me four new keys to go with the rekeyed lock. Perfect! Plus, I had him look at my garage door lock that has been stuck forever and in 10 minutes he had it working perfectly. Great work. I highly recommend Down Under.

I called Down Under Locksmith after reading good reviews online. He came out promptly and exactly when he said he would. He was pleasant, polite and clean and quickly got my safe combination lock working properly again. He could tell I was interested in what he was doing and patiently explained exactly what had gone wrong and showed me what he did to fix it. My experience with Down Under couldn't have been better. His fee was also very reasonable. You will do yourself a big favor when you use Down Under for your locksmith needs.

Called to get a house re-keyed. He worked around my schedule and came same day. Work was performed perfectly and very quickly. Re-keyed 3 doors in about 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Locked myself out after a morning run and had to call from the nearby gas station. DownUnder showed up almost as soon as I got back to the house (nice b/c it was mid-December.) Took less than a minute to get the door open, totally undamaged. He also had the Square card reader thing so I could pay with my card. He was very personable.

DownUnder Locksmith is the best in the area. He does a great job and doesn't charge as much as the other locksmiths in the area. I highly recommend him.
